How can i make $1500 to pay my school bill?

ok, here's the situation. i'm a senior in college hoping to graduate this december. just today, they've put an %26quot;account hold%26quot; on my student account, which means i could not receive my diploma, get my transcripts, or pre-register for the next semester. the reason being is that i have an existing balance of $1500 that i need to pay.

i already applied for student loans, went to different bank, and got denied several times. the problem is, i couldn't find any cosigner for me. i need to come up with $1500 in order to pay the existing bill.

any ideas?

Get a part time job, and use the $$ from there to work on paying your loan off.

Try getting a loan through chase bank that is where I got mine. I think they accept everybody. If you work full time for about a month and half you should be able to get the funds. If all else fails ask your family if you could borrow some money after all you are going to be a college graduate and will be able to pay them back. Don't get desperate and try some get rich quick scam just keep your head cool. It is not big deal to make 1500 like I said if you can't get a loan just pay it of with a job and ask the university if you can get on some type of payment plan they may release your diploma if you are making payments.

did you fill out your fafsa? (free application for federal student aid). when you sign it, there is an option for a stafford loan. this is determined by your need, and when you get your financial aid packet back, it will tell you how much of a loan you are eligible for. the best thing about these loans? they are not private (private loans are from independent banks and the interest rates can be all over the board), and therefore the interest will not go over 9.8%!!
